50% of the estimated price is due up front at drop off. Items that have not been picked up within two weeks of the finished date will be subject to a $5/day holding fee. However, We are happy to make arrangements with you if you cannot make it in during the two week window! Just let us know!
specimens must be frozen within a few hours of death. We will not accept rotting specimens.
quotes are VALID for 6 months, after 6 months your project will need to be re-quoted.

IF YOUR ANIMAL WAS CHEMICALLY EUTHANIZED, WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BEETLE CLEAN THEM.
BASED OFF OF EXPERIENCE, THE CHEMICALS USED WILL KILL OUT OUR ENTIRE BEETLE COLONY.
IF YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE THE USE OF EUTHANASIA, YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE & BE REQUIRED TO FUND THE REPLACEMENT OF OUr BEETLE COLONY.

WET SPECIMENS
We take expert care in all of our wet specimen preservations. We pride ourselves on placing your specimen in a natural position to best honor its life in death. While we do take suggestions, we will place your specimen in the best fitting position and jar available.

Pet Preservations - Single Items
After we have performed the requested services on your pet, you are still able to have them cremated. We do not offer cremation services in house, but we recommend Caring Pet Cremations. Once our services are complete, CPC will come to the store and pick up your animal for cremation. All CPC services are billed through them. You can read more about their business here. If you have a different cremation place you’d like to use, please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements.
